How do I upload my photo?

Simply upload your photo directly on the product page before adding the item to your cart. The upload field is required to complete your order.

What type of photos work best?

Bright, clear, high-resolution photos work best. Photos taken with a phone camera are perfect. We recommend avoiding screenshots or heavily edited images.

Will my photo be cropped?

Yes — we carefully crop your photo to fit the magnet size you select. No editing is required on your end.

What sizes do you offer?

We currently offer:

• Rectangle magnets: 50 × 80 mm (2″ × 3″)

• Square magnets: 63.5 × 63.5 mm (2.5″ × 2.5″)

Puzzle magnet sets are available in select sizes.

How long does it take to make my order?

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days, then shipped shortly after.

Can I make changes after placing my order?

Because each item is custom-made, we’re unable to make changes once production has started. If you notice an issue right away, contact us as soon as possible.
