Custom Photo Magnets: Because our magnets are made to order, we do not accept refunds. Please reach out to us if you aren't satisfied for any reason, as we will make it right. 

Machine Making Kits and Refill Supplies: All sales are final. We do not offer returns for kits or supplies.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Stickee Snaps Lifetime Warranty

Machine Lifetime Warranty:

Our manual press machines and paper cutters are crafted from premium, heavy-duty metal parts — and we stand behind them with our Lifetime Warranty.

What is Covered:

Your machine is guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the original purchaser. If any covered part fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair it. If a repair is not possible, we will replace your product with the same or a comparable model. This warranty is only for the original purchaser and is non-transferrable. 

 

What is Not Covered:

• Normal wear and tear from regular use
• Damage caused by misuse or improper operation
• Damage caused by lack of required maintenance
• Repairs or modifications by anyone not authorized by Memory Magnets, Co. 

 

Making a Claim:

If you an experience a problem with your machine, please contact our customer service team at stickeesnaps@gmail.com. We will troubleshoot with you via email using pictures and videos to see if the issue can be resolved easily. If not, we will arrange for repair or replacement. Shipping fees may apply.
